The University of Udine has a three years Ph.D. program in Mathematics and Physics, with six positions per year open to graduate students; in Matematics, in Physics or in Astronomy. A grant is available for at least three positions.

The Ph.D. includes seven curricula (to be chosen by the students):

• Mathematical Logic, Algebra and Geometry
• Mathematical Analysis and Probability
• Applied Mathematics
• Mathematical Physics
• Experimental Physics
• Computational Physics and Data Analysis
• Research in Physics Education
