The University of Udine has a three years Ph.D. program in Mathematics and Physics, with six positions per year open to graduate students; in Matematics, in Physics or in Astronomy. A grant is available for at least three positions.
The Ph.D. includes seven curricula (to be chosen by the students):
- Mathematical Logic, Algebra and Geometry
- Mathematical Analysis and Probability
- Applied Mathematics
- Mathematical Physics
- Experimental Physics
- Computational Physics and Data Analysis
- Research in Physics Education
